Precision control of your oil temperature is easy too, thanks to the user-friendly thermostatic dials on the front of the unit. Both tanks can be controlled independently so you can fry different food types simultaneously, and a fail-safe top temperature cut-out ensures safe operation at all times. Want to reduce your running costs even further? Just use a single tank during quieter services to significantly lower your energy consumption.
The Hamoki fryer is made from a high grade stainless steel and comes with a wire mesh net to collect crumbs from food to protect the element. Included is a stainless steel night cover to place over the tank so no unwanted debris can fall in.
