Warranty Repairs
Our standard warranty offered on our products is 1 year (parts & labour). This applies to all appliances (GB Mainland only) unless advertised otherwise. In many cases we do offer longer warranties, this is indicated against our products online and in our catalogues.
When arranging a repair, for large items, this typically takes place at your premises whereas for smaller items we will collect and repair at our workshop. Whatever the arrangements, we are committed to resolving the problem quickly and efficiently and getting you back up and running as fast as possible. All our engineers are fully qualified and trained to deliver high quality repairs on all our products.

To report a fault and arrange a repair please submit a completed Warranty Repair Request Form at the bottom of this page. We will acknowledge receipt and get working on a resolution for you immediately. *Our repair service team opening hours are Mon-Fri 0800 to 1730 hours, If you submit a request after the opening hours on a Friday, it will dealt with first thing on Monday.
